We're working on the details for our Fall pop-up. The summer dinners were so much fun we couldn't wait to schedule one for Fall.  Get ready to feast on oysters, duck rilletts, hand made wild mushroom tortellini, roasted figs, and natural wines. food styling workshop with Catrine Kelty

We will spend 4 hours styling and making beautiful imagery from Michelle’s menu. Catrine will discuss how to approach food (even the most difficult!) as well as the importance of props ad how to utilize them to enhance the food. 

You will find your “voice” and learn a few “tricks” of the trade to help you cook and prepare food for your favorite platform : blog, website or social media.

Catered lunch and wine by Uncommon Feasts.

Provençal Summer Dinner

Join us for an intimate Provençal style dinner near the beaches of the North Shore to kick-off the last weekend in July! You'll start off your weekend with a luxurious dinner at the beautiful Cause Creative studio right on Main St in Essex. We'll be enjoying some of the freshest ingredients of summer with wine pairings by our in-house wine expert Marianne. Come enjoy a delicious feast while making some new friends before your weekend on the beach!

MENU

To start: tapenade toasts, saucisson, stuffed squash blossom fritters

Main: Le Grand Aioli: This is quintessential summer! A feast celebrating the midsummer bounty.  Beans, new potatoes, artichokes, fennel, carrots, and tomatoes. Served alongside steamed mussels and grilled swordfish and topped with aioli. 

Dessert: handmade honey lavender ice cream, raspberries, and blackberries, calissons d'aix candies

Cocktails: pastis, house-made vin d'orange and wine pairings for each course by Marianne, our in house beverage curator.
