Join us for an intimate Provençal style dinner near the beaches of the North Shore to kick-off the last weekend in July! You'll start off your weekend with a luxurious dinner at the beautiful Cause Creative studio right on Main St in Essex. We'll be enjoying some of the freshest ingredients of summer with wine pairings by our in-house wine expert Marianne. Come enjoy a delicious feast while making some new friends before your weekend on the beach!

To start: tapenade toasts, saucisson, stuffed squash blossom fritters
Main: Le Grand Aioli: This is quintessential summer! A feast celebrating the midsummer bounty. Beans, new potatoes, artichokes, fennel, carrots, and tomatoes. Served alongside steamed mussels and grilled swordfish and topped with aioli.
Dessert: handmade honey lavender ice cream, raspberries, and blackberries, calissons d'aix candies
Cocktails: pastis, house-made vin d'orange and wine pairings for each course by Marianne, our in house beverage curator.
